In-Home Family Support

As stated on the BI, CAC, CADI, and DD waivers, In-Home Family Services will be provided to you and your family (including extended family members) in your home or community. This will enable you to remain in or return to your home to live an optimal quality of life. With this, our professionals can also train your family caregivers to increase their capabilities in assisting you at home.

We will assist you and teach your family caregivers the following:

• Social and Adaptive Skills
• Food Preparation and Feeding
• Personal Hygiene and Grooming
• Household Management
• Health, Safety, and Wellness
